Caring for Heart to Heart Beads jewelry:

As with any jewelry, as it is worn and exposed to the environment, the beads may lose their luster and the metals may begin to tarnish.

Our recommendations are as follows:

• Avoid exposing the jewelry to hairspray, perfumes, and cosmetics.
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, dishwashing, handling cleaners, abrasives, alcohols, bleaches, etc.
• Beaded bracelets should not be worn on the same wrist with a watch because the beads may scratch the watch face.
• Silver detailed pieces should be stored in an airtight container or plastic zip bag to minimize tarnishing.
• A polishing cloth that is especially for silver is safe to use on the silver components ONLY and will remove light tarnish. However, it is not recommended for the glass beads. The rouge that is impregnated in the silver polishing cloth can scratch or etch the glass bead surfaces. Commercially available silver creams, pastes or liquid polishes are not recommended.
• For safety reasons and to minimize scratching of the jewelry, it is recommended that you should remove your jewelry prior to participating in yard work, heavy cleaning and/or sports activities.

Guarantees:

Within thirty (30) days of receipt by the customer, the jewelry may be returned for exchange or refund with the accompanying receipt /proof of purchase, provided that the item has not been worn and is being returned in new condition.

A one year workmanship guarantee is included in your purchase. If your jewelry needs repair send it to us within one year along with a copy of your receipt and we will repair it free of charge.

Returns:

If the item is being returned in exchange for an item (or changes) of greater value, the increased price difference is due prior to the exchange (or changes) being made.

We recommend that you insure your package for shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
